开始参加核心价值这堂课时，还以为它只是心灵或突破自我的一堂课，后来发现它不只是课程那么简单， 它是一个活出自己的生活习惯/生活方式。上过了那么多课，CV 是我等待以久的。。。
刚完成CV1 -4。只想跟大家分享我的喜悦。可是我知道这只是个开始，人生路途的开始。
刚从台湾和汶莱回到吉隆玻. 回想一下。。。 从CV1 - CV4 真的好像拍了一部很精彩和很棒的电影。 无时无刻去注意我的呈现和不停的觉察。虽然需要不停的操练， 我会努力的。哈哈！
像Linda 老师常说：一旦你懂得觉察，你不可能不再觉察。这将变你的生活习惯。
在CV1 里， 我学会了觉察和选择，打开心门找到自己。当有了觉察，就有更多的可能性。更有勇气的呈现自己。 觉察= 可能性= 选择 = 行动 = 惯性 = 主导人生命运。还有环境的重要性。什么是无条件的爱。。。
CV2 里，学会了色彩学，如何活出更有力量的自己。如何珍惜和享受每个人的不同，人生的意义，还有为别人提供快乐。。。。。。。
“当你点亮自己时，你会不自觉的允许他人做同样的事."
CV3 里，学会了转移能量，快速的学习，犯错，更改和 连结。改变环境的好处。選擇活出最棒和更丰富的自己。。。。
CV4 里，整合。学习什么是 信任，还有团队的运作，俩性关系的运作。 意图 vs 期待，任何我们发生的事情都是自己创造出来的。用心的去注意跟彼此的联系。还有世界万物都是能量。太不可思议了。
我们一旦做了選擇，发射意图。。。宇宙真的会协助。不断的感恩，感恩！

老师有问了很多问题，我选了几个在此和你们分享。
1）你会如何描述你现在的人生？
2）你对你的人生做了什么選擇？
3）我目前最感激自己的是。。。。。
4）如果我可以，我想要改变的是。。。
5）我会怎样去过我那既疯狂和有意义的人生呢？

Core Value (CV) - This is the course that I have been waiting for... it's most powerful training that I ever experience.
As a lifelong student of personal and self-development, I thought core value is another inspiration or breakthrough course. It's not only a course but a powerful, enlightening training, a lifestyle, Life -changing very in depth. As you walk in to the class as one person, you will walk out as real you with fulfillment and inner cleaning.
I was moved to laughter to tears. I have tremendous respect our teacher Linda Chandler and KO, how fantastic they're. A special gifts to us.
Its show us the possibilities and potential lying in front of us as we couldn't see or dare not see.
From CV1-CV4, Its like a movie show to me. I learn how to empower myself and show up for every single moment. Like what Linda's share, once you aware you can't unaware.
In CV1 - I learn about awareness, Opening the door, remember someone deep inside with you already forgot, when you aware you create possibility. A courageous to show up. An unconditional Love.
Awareness = Possibility = Choice = Action = Habit = Life Destiny
In CV 2 - Amazing lesson on Colour work, Appreciation on the difference of people, my Life purpose, bringing joyful to people.....
In CV3 - I learn about energy work, how to shift energy, Learn Fast, Fail Fast, Correct Fast and connect Fast. Choice to abundance.....
In CV4 - Integrations, I learn about TRUST and teamwork, Relationship, Intention vs expectation. Law of attraction, paying attention to your surrounding, Everything is about Energy. It's so amazing!
When you make a choice, sent out your intention, universe will provide you resource.
There is few great questions from teacher I felt very useful:
1) How do you describe your life right now?
2) What are the choice you make for your life?
3) The things I most appreciate about my self right now....
4) If I could, What I will change will be....
5) How will you enjoy your meaningful life?
