HOME within you...

The journey begin since beginning of march, every time when i pack my baggage, I will asked myself, how long is my trip? The longer can be 6 weeks to 2 months....

So it's have been a month, 4 country and  10 cities and 11 hotels.... moving from one place to the other place, there is always funny scenes happened, sometime when i wake up, after I claim my best day! "Today is my best day" looking at the celling an start looking around, ok where I am now?

or asking my husband again and again, could you tell us our room number again? he always give me room 1230, or Room 3202, or Room 1609... that is my home when I am on the road.

Recently one of my friend asked me, do you miss home? and I pause? "HOME" it is meant my home town..... yes! I do miss my mother, brother and sister, but not the physical home. it is the feeling and love toward them. In this journey, everywhere I go, there is always CV family members who welcome us and having a great meaningful time together, so HOME is actually within me. I am carry myself, which is my own home to everywhere I go, no matter how I feel, where I go, 247 I am with myself, which is the physical home that my spirits staying, or where my heart is.

What If?

Most of us go through each day looking for what we saw yesterday. And not surprisingly. that is what we find.

Most of us expect the same, or worse and we are not frequently disappointed. But what would happened if we started to expect surprise? What if we removed the blinders that allow us to see only more of the negative things we have come to expect in life?

What if we started to look for the ordinary magic? would we be disappointed?

What would happened to us if we really fell in love with life? HOw would our lives change if we really thought, as Thoreau encourages, that reality fabulous? What if we took his advice and " Steadily observed reality only"?

Would our lives really be like a fairy tale, as he suggests? What if we started to look for the grand things that life would bring us each day? Would we be fools of whom other peoples take advantage, or would we find that life is exciting, joyful and wonderful?

You are what you BELIEVE

Human are powerful magicians. Whatever you believe you are, then that is what you are. And you can do that because you are life, God, Intent.

When you know that the power that is life is inside you, you accept your won divinity, and yet you are humble, because you see the same Divinity in everyone else. You see how easy it is to understand universe, everything is a manifestation of universe.

When you love with unconditional, you align with the spirit of life becomes the expression of the beauty of the spirit. Life is nothing but a dream, a vision, and if you create your life with love, your dream becomes a masterpiece of art.

Happiness Resides Within

Happiness Never comes from out-side us. We are responsible for our own happiness. The mistake most of us make from the beginning is that we base our happiness on our partner, and it doesn't work that way. We make all those promises that we cannot keep, and we set ourselves up to fail.

When you were a child you were attracted to other children because you wanted to play, you wanted to have fun. if you go into a partnership to have drama, because we want to be jealous, because we want to be possessive, because we want to control our partner's life, we are not looking for fun, we are looking for pain, and that is what we are going to find.

If we go into a relationship with selfishness, expecting that our partner is going to make you happy, it will not happen. The only person can make us happy is the one who're in front of the mirror.

We are born with the right to be happy, with the right to enjoy life. if we take responsibility for our own life, for our own actions, then our future is in our hands, and we can live in heaven. Surrender all those ideas about being what you are not, and become what you really are. When you surrender to the real you, you surrender to life.

Meditation

"The goal of this meditation is the beautiful silence, stillness and clarity of mind."

Meditation is the way to achieve letting go. In Meditation one lets go of the complex world outside in order to reach the serene world inside. In all types of mysticism and in many traditions, this is known as the path to the pure and powerful mind. The experience of this pure mind, released from the world, is very wonderful and blissful.

During this meditation retreat there will be some hard work at the beginining, but be willing to bear that hard work knowing that it will lead you to experience some very beautiful and meaningful states. They will be well worth the effort! it is a law of nature that without effort one does not make progress. whether one is a layperson or a monk, without effort one get nowhere, in meditation or in anything.

Effort alone, through, is not sufficient. The effort need to be skillful. This means directing your energy just at the right places and sustaining it there until its task is completed. Skillful effort neither hinders nor disturbs you, instead it produces the beautiful peace of deep meditation.

In order to know where your effort should be directed, you must have a clear understanding of the Intention of meditation. The Intention of this meditation is the beautiful silence, stillness and clarity of mind. if you can understand that intention then the place to apply your effort, the means to moving toward the intention become very clear.

The effort is directed to letting go, to developing a mind that inclines to abandoning. One of the many simple but profound statement of the lord Buddha is that" a meditator whose mind in clines to abandoning, easily achieves Smadhi.

Another stage of meditation, is silent awareness of the present moment. You may spend the majority of your time just developing these two stages because if you can get this far then you have gone a long way indeed in your meditation. in that silent awareness of "Just now"you will experience much peace, joy and consequent wisdom.

If you want to go further, then instead of being silently aware of whatever come into the mind, you choose silent present moment awareness of one thing. That one thing can be the experince of breathing, the idea of loving and kindness.

It often happens that when we start breath meditation when our mind is still jumping around between past or future, and when awareness is being drowned by the inner commentary. with no preparation we find breath meditation so difficult, give up because we did not start at the right place. We did not perform the preparatory work before taking up the breath as a focus of our attention.

when you focus on the breath, you focus on the experience of the breath happening now. You experience "that which tells you what the breath is doing". When you know the breath going in and the breath going out, for say one hundred breaths in a row, not missing one, then you have achieved what i call the third stage of this meditation, sustained attention on the breath.

"Do absolutely nothing and see how smooth and beautiful and timeless the breath can appear.

The First Agreement

Recently I have review book of "THE FOUR AGREEMENT" by Don Miguel Ruiz. This book highly recommended by Linda for CV Participant reading, Especially CV1.

I felt that it so powerful so decided to share at my blog with the summaries; Hope you enjoyed your reading and put into action, lives your life with Impeccable.

The First Agreement – Be Impeccable with your word

The first agreement is the most important one and also the most difficult one to honor: Be Impeccable with your Word. It sounds very simple, but it is very, very powerful.

Why your word? Your word is the power that you have to create. Your word is the gift that comes directly from God. Through the word you manifest your intent, regardless of what language you speak. What you dream, what you feel and what you really are will all be manifested through the word. The word is a force; it is the power you have to communicate, to think, and thereby to create the events in your life. The word is the most powerful tool you have, but like a sword with two edges, you word can create the most beautiful dream, or your word can destroy everything around you. One edge of the sword is the misuse of the word, which creates a living hell. The other edge is the impeccability of the word, which will only create beauty, love and heaven on earth.

The human mind is like fertile ground where seeds are continually being planted. The seeds are opinions, ideas and concepts. The word is pure magic; we plant a seed a thought , and it grows. Every human is a magician, and we thoughtlessly cast spells on each other all the time with our opinions. Someone gives an opinion and says, “Look, that child is ugly. “ The child listens, believes she is ugly, and grows up with this idea. It doesn’t matter how beautiful she is; as long as she has that agreement, she will believe that she is ugly. That is the spell she is under.

These types of spells are difficult to break. Whenever we hear an opinion and believe it, we make an agreement, and it becomes part of our belief system. The only thing that can break a spell is to make a new agreement based on truth. The truth is the most important part of being impeccable with our word. Only the truth has the power to break the spell and set us free.

Now let us see what the word impeccability means. Impeccability means “WITHOUT SIN.” Religions talk about SIN and Sinners, but let’s understand what it really means to Sin. A Sin is anything you do which goes against yourself. Your go against yourself when you judge or blame or reject yourself. Self-rejection is one of the biggest sins you can commit. Being Impeccable is exactly the opposite. You take responsibility for your actions, but you do not judge, blame, or reject yourself.

Being impeccable with your word means using your energy in the direction of truth and love for yourself. If I see you in the street and I call you stupid, it appears that I’m using the word against you. But really I’m using my word against myself, because you’re going to hate me, and you hating me is not good for me. Therefore, if I get angry and with my word sent that emotional poison to you, I’m using the word against myself.

If I love myself, I will express that love in my interaction with you, and then I am being impeccable with the word, because that action will produce a like reaction. If I love you, then you will love me. If I insult you, you will insult me. If I’m selfish with you, you will be selfish with me. If I use the word to put a spell on you, you are going to put a spell on me.

You can measure the impeccability of your word by your level of self-love. How much you love yourself and how you feel about yourself is directly proportionate to the quality and integrity of your word. When you speak with integrity and say exactly what you mean, you are impeccable with your word; you feel good; you feel happy and at peace.

Being Impeccable with you word also means to refrain from spreading gossip. Gossip can be compared to a computer virus. A virus is a piece of computer language written with a harmful intent. This code is inserted into the program of your computer without your awareness. After this code has been introduced, your computer doesn’t work right anymore. In the same way, one little piece of misinformation can break down communication between peoples; causing every person it touches to become infected and contagious to others.

If you make agreement with yourself to be impeccable with your word, just with that intention, the truth will manifest through your and clean all the emotional poison within you. When you follow this agreement, you begin to see all the changes that can happen in your life – first in the way you deal with yourself, and later in the way you deal with other people, especially those you love the most.

Impeccability of the word can lead you to personal freedom, to huge success and abundance; it can take away all the fear and transform it into joy and love. You can attain the kingdom of heaven from this one agreement: Be impeccable with your word.

the Invitation (邀请)

Very Beautiful Poem from a friend..... Enjoyed!

It doesn't interest me what you do for a living.

I want to know what you ache for.

and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing.

It doesn't interest me how old you are.

I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love,

for your dream,

for the adventure of being alive

It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon.

I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow.

if you have been opened by life's betrayals

or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain~

I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own

without moving to hide it or fade it, or fix it~

I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own.

if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes

without cautioning us to be careful,

to be realistic,

to remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me is true.

I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself.

if you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul.

if you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see beauty even when it's not pretty, every day~

and if you can source your own life from its presence.

I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine.

and still stand on the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon~

 Yes!”

It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have.

I want to know if you can get up.

after the night of grief and despair.

weary and bruised to the bone.

and do what needs to be done to feed the children.

It doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be here.

I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back.

It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied.

I want to know what sustains you, from the inside,

when all else falls away,

I want to know if you can be alone with yourself

and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.

我只想知道你是否被你自己的悲痛所感动,被生命的辜负所打开;

我只想知道你是否可以让别人失望而对自己真实;

你是否可以忍受背叛的控告而不背叛你自己的灵魂;

我只想知道每天你是否可以从不美的事物中看到美丽;

Bangkok!

G0t the chance to explore BANGKOK many times, as I like this special country, Over 10 Million peoples out of the total population of 60 Million live in the capital, you know the city is the urban and cultural heart of the land.

This year we went to Bangkok for CV Graduate Thailand program, as well as 2 opening night in bangkok for CV Graduate Bhutan. Just being there again with my family and Kev's family members, we have a great trip.

As some of my friends is asking about the Bangkok Attractions place........ so I do my best to describe.  If you are shopping QUEEN or KING, your purpose to bangkok is just for shopping. From the gleaming chrome and marble shopping centres to the busy bustling markets. Bangkok teems with places to buy just about everything. Shopping centres with cool understand interiors selling exclusive labels, boutiques with funky clothes, flea markets, antique shops, handicraft centres, flower markets and fantastic food markets.... the choices like the shopping, is exhausting!!!

Chatuchak Market
A busy bustling maze where you'll shop until you feet are sore, haha!! and you still won't have covered half of it!! Everything from fashion, Art, pets, plants, food, ceramics, stationery and all kind of stuff can be found. if you enjoy bargaining you'll be in absolute heaven. A place that you might want to go back many times.
** Our usual shopping place.

Pratunam Market
Great bargains in young ready-to wear fashion, jewellery and leather goods. Hot and colourful -one of bangkok's old established market is packed with stalls and vendors who spill out on to the main street. Great for teenager. My mother like this place so much, we solute her that she can shop whole day here.
** Find out "Fashion city mall" it is a wholesales place, majority of retailer go there to get the clothes there, remember to bring more cash, otherwise you will regret.

Suan Lum night market
It is not your traditional Bangkok market and although largely geared towards the tourist market, is still an interesting evening market to stroll around.
** Less stalls now compare with many year ago.

Pak Klong Talaat (Flower market)
A perfect market for insomniacs, its best visited early morning. Orchids, rare exotics, lotus, roses, lily different kinds of flower and even several incredibly coloured chrysanthemums, all well below price. Girls lover!!!!

Sampeng Lane
A narrow walkway lined with Market stalls and tiny local shops jostling for room, Sampeng seems to go on for miles with each section specializing in certain goods.  Walk through braids and beads to costume jewelry, to cutlery, fabrics, monks' supplies, chinese stuff and more. Sometime you will find special and interesting thing over here.

Nokhon Kasem (China Town)
Inside the maze of lanes and alleys within Chinatown. Formerly the thieves Market. An difference range of items from auto parts to antiques, coffee grinders to ice cream makers, and a selection of chinese gongs await.

Attractions place.......

The Grand Place
A "Must see" the fabulous Grand Palace is exquisitely decorated with gold and glass which literally dazzle in the sun. Bangkok most famous landmark was built 1782.

Wat Phra Kaeo (The Emerald Buddha)
One of Thai most revered temples. Located inside the grounds of the Grand Palace. This Royal temple contains an exquisite Emerald Buddha which dated back to around the 14th century. An Absolute must. Must dress appropriately, no shorts or revealing tops, otherwise you simply won't allowed to be in.
Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn)
Perhaps Bangkok's most famous temples - the one you will see on all the postcards. It has an imposing spire over 70 metres high. Beautifully decorated with tiny pieces of coloured glass and chinese porcelain placed delicately into intricate patterns.
Bold
Floating Market
Unique rural Floating Market at Damneon Saduak, the original floating market, where dozens of small skiffs are floating about "manned" by one or two women selling fruits, vegetables, firewood and varied country products.

Evening Dinner Cruise
Enjoy a dinner along Chao Phraya River. Cruise & feel the sight & sound of Bangkok at night view. Enjoyed the special Thai food on the cruise.
