Core Value (CV)

What is the course about? There are no straight answers to these questions. As we always call Core Value Training, this is no only a training program to me. I called it self awareness journey. It's allow me to move toward my higher awareness.

CV allow me to be more open in outlook in life. Learning to accept what is, accept myself , accept other with compassion and no judgement.  It is easier to said it, to really do it need a lot of daily practice. 

It's guide us how to let go of EGO, and conscious on our own THOUGHTS, which are the root caused of suffering and pain body.  Learn more about my inner world, listen to my heart and my inner voice and watch the outer world change. Of course it requires a lot of self trust.

Beginning of my self awareness journey, I start paying attention to many senses, thoughts, feeling and intuition. Diving deep into my emotions to tap on the sources, seeing my thinking and how it creates the reality. It is a journey of discovering my deepest essence.

I understand that all the answered I needed is just right inside me. All I has to learn more is to access my knowledge to life experience (wisdom). Previously I always wanting for love or some other things to fill in my missing piece, I choose to be "whole" full of love, which I able to give my abundance love and hugs to others now. 

"Don't look for your life purpose, live your life to the fullest and your life purpose will come to knock your door"! This is exactly how i experience right now. Once my heart aligned with my CORE VALUE, I feel so happy, full of meaning and passionate and no tiredness at all. This is the feeling that I had been searching for long long time ~ inner happiness.

When we consciously align with our Core Value or deepest reasons for being, we tap into higher energy, personal power and passion. Our lives begin to flow in new and delightful ways. This is why stay in CV environment is so important, as it is a journey of life! More Practice and become it.

The more I know about myself and express my authentic self, the more meaning, joy and fulfillment i got in life! When I attend to you inner self, "Become authentic Self", a new better relationship , a more fulfilling job will happened. 

CV taught me to be more Present and understand what we own is NOW.

COLOUR WORK in CV2 allow me to accept myself and other. At the same time seeing a lot of potential and possibilities on me and others. From the

 colour work and timeline, I learned about my life pattern & Habits.

ENERGY WORK in CV3 allow me to understand that we are all just a form of energy and vibration. More clarity of how to operate, shifting my energy and not to absorb negative energy. 

THE FOUR AGREEMENT playing a important key in Core Value training: 

1) Be impact-able with your words.

2) Don't make assumption

3) Don't take things personally.

4) Do your best!

This 4 agreement assist me in many sense, when I don't take things personally.... I feel more free and don't any how throw poison in to my own body. I live healthy and happy. 

ENVIRONMENT is a key exerciser too, I understand more about my environment before CV and choose to surrounded myself with the peoples who believe in me more than I believe in myself. At the same time, we able to empower and uplift each others. I grow so much starting from changing my environment. 

Like what Linda Chandler taught me : We are a reflection of our environment that we live in.

In short, CV is about AWAKENING, awaken to all possibilities and potential. Awaken to the choices that are available to us and most of all, awaken to our life to the fullest with meaning and purpose!  I had experience more fun, laughter and abundance now! 

There is a lot more i learned in CV, sometime different peoples will pick up a different piece from our instructor....... I wish I can share more!! Really appreciate my teacher, my Mum, My life journey partner, my friend Linda, Thank you for your unconditional love and wisdom that you bring to this world.
